Performance Analysis Package (£50 per month)

This service is targeted at the full time or professional athlete wishing to include scientific support in their training regime. Using the various training monitoring technologies currently available we can provide world leading support in the form of training analysis, interpretation and feedback. This will enable you and your coach to include objective information in order to optimise your training programme and achieve your performance goals.

Training Support Package (£100 per month)

This package is tailored to suit the requirements of full-time or professional athletes seeking coaching and training support with an emphasis on scientific principles. The services included are routine performance assessments (field and laboratory based), training and race analysis and prescribed training sessions to target key performance demands. With this level of scientific support a truly objective periodised training programme can be delivered which will ensure you achieve key performance targets.

Full Scientific Support Package (£150 per month)

This package is also tailored to suit the requirements of full-time or professional athletes seeking coaching and training support with an emphasis on scientific principles. The services included are routine performance assessments (field and laboratory based), training and race analysis and prescribed training sessions to target key performance demands as in the Training Support Package. In addition to these services, this package provides complete access to the i-Performance consultant network.
